This registration is for substitute players for all of Rainbow Sports League's sports.

If you have been invited as a substitute player please fill out this registration and show proof of completion to the referee of your game, league manager, or head umpire. All substitute players must complete the registration and the included liability waiver before they are permitted to play. Substitutes may only participate in 2 games per sport, per season.

The cost to participate as a substitute player is $10 which is paid during this registration process.

Substitute players should attempt to wear shirts in the same color as the team they are substituting for and wear appropriate sports attire, including shin guards for soccer, for all sports that they participate in.
